In Person at the Municipal Office
Tax, utility, and A/R accounts can be paid at the RM office with cash, cheque, or debit during regular office hours. Cheques can be mailed to Box 661, Lloydminster, SK S9V 0Y7 or placed in the drop box at the front of the office. Credit card payments are not accepted at the office in person or over the phone.
Sign up for the Preauthorized Payments on your tax or utility accounts for one-time, annual, or monthly payments debited directly from your bank account. Please contact the RM office and speak with the Finance Officer for more information.
Credit Card or Interac eTransfer Payments
The Rural Municipality of Britannia No. 502 is pleased to offer payments via credit card and Interac e-Transfer through PaySimply.ca, a secure, third-party Canadian payment provider. All fees are paid to PaySimply and the Rural Municipality of Britannia No. 502 does not retain any portion of the fee. You will be notified of the fee amount prior to the payment being processed. You will also receive an email confirmation of your transaction including fees paid; the fee amount varies and depends on your method of payment. To complete a transaction, you will need your payment amount and customer account number. Payments take approximately 3 business days to process.
